ABOUT READY STOCK
All Ready Stock will ship out within 3 days working day.
ABOUT PRE ORDER
All Pre Order will cut-off by weekly (every sunday) upon completed details updated with successful payment received.
※ Payment will cut-off on daily 10.00pm. All payment / notification / order received from 10.01pm will proceed by next day
e.g. Transaction by IBG on 9.59pm, payment received on 10.01pm, order will be proceed on next day.
e.g. Transaction by Instant Transfer on 9.59pm, however notification payment received on 10.01pm, order will be proceed on next day or next batch.
All order we cannot guarantee item is available or not, we just can get the latest information once your is proceed and if your order is not available, we will provide a full refund in store credit not in cash.
We can't provide an exact ship date. Please be aware that delivery of your parcel could take around 14 day working day (no include weekend and public holiday) after closing day no payment date.

Due to security reasons our customer service are unable to make any amendments after you have confirmed your order.
After payment credit, we no provide any cancellation order or amend, so please double check your order before your order is process.

Temporary we just provide ATM bank in and Online Transfer for any order.
Full payment has to made. If your order is not available, we will provide a full refund in store credit not in cash.
※ For any balance of transfer, we will refund in your store credit and is no any expired date.

ABOUT PRODUCTS
Colors of products may different due to color calibration of individual’s computer and it might appear darker in reality due to strong studio lighting used.
Measurements provided on each of the products are in maximum stretch.
A difference of ±4cm between the item(s) received from what which was provided for in our given measurements may not be considered as a defect.
Customer are advised to double check on the product measurements as different design may fit differently.
We advice that all items are hand washed and NOT soaked. We do not guarantee that the items will not be altered (color runs, size shrinks..etc) after washed or soaked, and if this happens, M-BLUE will not be responsible and no return request due to this reason will be entertained.
